1. The game

Nation Wars is a free-to-play strategy game with an offline campaign and an online part (Arena, challenges, chat, voice, friends, cloud save) on our own server. We may change, balance, add or remove game content and features, and the online part may be unavailable for maintenance.

2. Who may play

You must be 13 or older. If the law of your country sets a higher age for using online services without a parent's consent, you need that consent.

3. Your profile

Your profile is tied to a random player id on your device (and to Google Play Games or cloud save if you use them). Keep your phone and your Google account safe — we cannot restore a profile we cannot link to you. One person may hold several profiles, but must not use them to gain an unfair advantage.

4. Rules of conduct

In chat, voice, nicknames and anywhere else in the game you must not:

• insult, threaten, harass or spam other players, or post hateful, sexual or illegal content;
• pretend to be the developers or another player;
• cheat: modify the app, use bots, exploits or tools that change the game, or manipulate ratings and matches;
• sell, buy or trade profiles or game items for real money outside the game.

Chat is filtered automatically and players can report each other. We may mute, reset or block a profile that breaks these rules, for a time or permanently. If you think we made a mistake, write to us.

5. Purchases and virtual items

Rubies, coins, Premium, equipment and other virtual items are a limited licence to use them in the game. They have no money value, cannot be exchanged for money and are not transferable outside the game. Purchases go through Google Play; refunds follow Google Play's rules. Random items show their exact odds before you pay. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of your country, including the rules of the European Union.

6. Advertising

The game shows ads through Google AdMob. Whether ads are personalised is your choice in the consent window and is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Liability

The game is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it working and fair but do not promise that it is free of errors or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for the loss of virtual items caused by events outside our control. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Ending

You may stop playing at any time and ask us to delete your server data (see the Privacy Policy). We may end the online part of the game; if we do, we will announce it in the game at least 30 days in advance.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms when the game changes; the effective date above changes too, and the game asks you to accept a new version before you play. These terms are governed by the law of Finland; consumers keep the protection of the mandatory law of their country of residence.
