AURA Numerology: Destiny — Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of the AURA Numerology: Destiny application (the “App”). By installing or using the App you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Age

The App is intended for users aged 18 and over. By using it you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, for private non-commercial purposes, in line with the Google Play Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the App or its content, except where the law expressly allows it.

4. Automatically generated content

Answers, readings, interpretations and verdicts in the App are generated automatically, including with the help of artificial intelligence. They are provided for entertainment and self-reflection only and are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or any other professional advice. Do not make important decisions based solely on them. Generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete.

Do not submit content that is illegal, harassing or that contains other people's personal data. We may limit the service to protect it from abuse.

5. Advertising

The App shows advertising provided by Google AdMob. Ads are supplied by third parties; we are not responsible for the content of advertisers' offers or websites. Your consent choices for personalised ads are described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Purchases

Paid features are sold through Google Play Billing; the price, taxes and payment method are shown by Google Play before you confirm. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the price shown in Google Play until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Refunds are handled under the Google Play refund policy; you can also contact us. Virtual items and premium features have no cash value and are not transferable.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the App running, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may update, change or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; the effective date above shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the App. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law of your country of residence.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Consumers may also bring a claim in the courts of their country of residence and may contact the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta).
