Dreamcatcher: Dream Meaning — Privacy Policy

Data we collect

• Dream text you enter (by voice or keyboard) and your dialogue replies — sent to our server to produce an interpretation.
• Anonymous install identifier — a random string created on first launch. It is not linked to your name, e-mail, or any account (the app has no accounts).

How we use data

• To generate the dream interpretation (app functionality).
• For "personal memory": recent dreams are stored on the server, keyed by the anonymous identifier, so the interpreter can notice connections between your dreams (personalization).
• To improve interpretations: we analyze dream texts and answers on our own server — which dreams people send most often and which interpretations turn out to be helpful. These records are kept for no longer than 90 days and are not shared with anyone.

What we do NOT do

• We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
• No ads, no marketing use of your data.
• We do not collect your name, e-mail, phone number, location, or contacts.

Storage and security

• Data is transmitted over a secure connection (HTTPS).
• The server keeps a limited dream history (older entries are automatically evicted).
• Records used to improve interpretations are deleted automatically after 90 days.

Data deletion

To delete your dream history, e-mail kotkanagrilli@gmail.com with the approximate dates you used the app; we will remove the corresponding records.

Audience

The app is intended for users aged 18 and over.
