Summary

Berry Sort is a calm offline sorting puzzle. The game has no accounts, no sign-in and no chat. We do not collect your name, e-mail, phone number, contacts or precise location. The data that leaves your device is what the advertising SDK needs to show ads and anonymous gameplay statistics used to improve the game.

Data stored on your device only

• Your progress: levels, coins and boosters, sealed jars, daily quests, settings (music, sound). This is stored locally in the app's private storage and is deleted when you uninstall the app.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The game shows ads through Google AdMob (rewarded video for boosters and occasional interstitials; buying "remove ads" turns interstitials off). AdMob may collect and process:

• the Android advertising ID and device/app identifiers;
• coarse location derived from the IP address;
• device information (model, OS version, language) and ad interaction data (impressions, clicks);
• crash/diagnostic data of the ad SDK.

This data is used to serve, measure and limit the frequency of ads and to detect fraud. Where required by law (EEA/UK), the app shows a consent dialog (Google UMP) before ads are loaded; you can choose non-personalized ads. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings → Google → Ads. See Google's privacy policy and how Google uses data from apps.

Gameplay analytics (GameAnalytics)

To understand which levels are too hard and where players stop, the game sends anonymous gameplay events to GameAnalytics (GameAnalytics ApS, Denmark). What is sent:

• a random identifier generated by the app on first launch, and a session number — this identifier is not your Google account, e-mail or advertising ID, and it is reset if you reinstall the game;
• game events: level started, level completed or failed, moves used, boosters used, purchases opened, ad shown or suppressed;
• technical context of the session: device model, Android version, app version, language, country derived from the IP address.

These events carry no personal data and are used only in aggregate, to balance difficulty and fix problems. See the GameAnalytics privacy policy.

In-app purchases (Google Play Billing)

Coins, boosters, the starter pack and "remove ads" are sold through Google Play Billing. Payment and purchase history are handled by Google Play under Google's privacy policy; the app receives only a purchase token to unlock the item. We do not see your payment details. The game has no subscription.

Notifications

With your permission the game may send local reminders (for example, that a daily reward is waiting). These are scheduled on your device — no server, no push service, no data leaves the phone. You can turn them off in the game settings or in Android app settings.

Play Store and in-app review

The game may ask you to rate it using the Google Play In-App Review API. This interaction is handled by Google Play under Google's privacy policy.

Links to our other apps

The game may show links to other apps by the same publisher in Google Play. Opening them is optional; no data is shared with those apps.

What we do NOT do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not run our own servers for this game — there is no account and no cloud save; the only data leaving the device goes to Google AdMob and to GameAnalytics as described above.
• We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. The game is intended for users aged 13 and over.

Your rights and data deletion

Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored progress and resets the anonymous analytics identifier. To reset data collected by AdMob, reset your advertising ID in Android settings. For any privacy question or request, including deletion of analytics events, e-mail kotkanagrilli@gmail.com.

Changes

We may update this policy when the game changes; the effective date above will be updated. This page is the canonical version.
