In the game
- Menu → Profile → «Account and other nicks».
- Scroll down to «Delete account», type your nickname and tap «Delete account».
- The server erases the account at once and the game starts over as a new player.
The game must be online for this. The button is in the game from the October 2026 update.
Without the game
E-mail kotkanagrilli@gmail.com with the subject «Delete account», your nickname and your country. We delete the account within 30 days and answer when it is done.
What is deleted
- Profile: nickname, country, avatar, rating, wins, points, rank, titles, Premium status.
- Cloud save, account code, device link used to restore the account after reinstalling.
- Friends, friend requests, blocks and reports, alliance membership, duels and battle invitations.
- Your lines in the public chat rooms.
- Game event statistics tied to your nickname (on e-mail request; otherwise they are aggregated after 12 months).
What is kept
- Purchase records are kept by Google Play under your Google account (refunds, taxes); our server keeps none per player.
- Country totals of the Nation Battle keep the points you earned: they are sums without a name.
- Copies may remain longer in our private server backups and in our private records of player feedback.
